The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the revised answer key for AIBE 14 a day after results declaration. Moreover, a clarification regarding the wrong questions was published around 5 pm today on the official website of AIBE 2019. As per the notification, BCI has removed eight wrong questions from the final result evaluation i.e. the total for AIBE 14 was 92 marks.
BCI clarification on AIBE 2019 answer key:
‘As per the decision of the Honorable Monitoring Committee, 8 Questions have been rejected/deleted. Marking is done out of 92 marks (Total). Passing % was fixed at 40% for GENERAL/OBC and 35% for SC/ST category. Candidates scoring 37 marks and above from GENERAL/OBC category have been declared “PASS” whereas Candidates scoring 32 marks and above from SC/ST category have been declared “PASS”.’
