The Bar Council of India has declared results of AIBE XVII around 7:30 but with a few clause i.e. WITHHELD/REJECTED status. The exam authority has informed candidates the reason why their results were WITHHELD/ REJECTED in an another notificaiton. Moreover, the results of candidates who took AIBE 17 at test centres in Rajkot city are also WITHHELD until the monitoring committee arrives at a final decision. AIBE 17 Result Withheld
BCI informed that, "Results of many Candidates results have been withheld or rejected by Honourable Monitoring Committee due to following reasons: –"
- Incorrect enrolment certificate uploaded in the application form
- No enrolment certificate found in the AIBE 17 application form
- Candidates who took AIBE 17 at a centre in Rajkot test city

The exam authority also notified that results of some candidates have ben rejected rightaway as, 'Question Booklet set code is not filled, doubly filled or incorrectly filled in OMR Sheet, their results have been rejected for AIBE-XVII by Honourable Monitoring Committee."
Therefore, such candidates may not appeal for result clarification by BCI.
What to do for Withheld Results?
Those who receive WITHHELD status in AIBE 17 result need to upload their Provisional Enrollment Certificate in their applicant account. They need to cross-check the if the document is in correct format, size or clear or not. The exam authority informed that, "The candidates whose result are withheld due to incorrect and non-uploading of enrolment certificate during registration process, would need to upload their enrolment certificate on registration portal before 15th May 2023. Their results will be declared by 20th May 2023. Those who do not upload their enrolment certificate by 15th May 2023, their results shall not be declared by 20th May, 2023 and shall be declared later by 30th May, 2023 provided they upload the enrolment certificate by 25th May, 2023."
