AIBE 18 COP has been eagerly awaited by students for some time now. The Bar Council of India (BCI) will release the AIBE 18 Certificate of Practice anytime soon. AIBE 18 Exam 2023 was conducted on December 10, 2023. AIBE 18 Result 2023 was announced on March 26. The BCI is expected to issue the AIBE COP by this month's end.

AIBE 18 COP: Candidates have been wondering for sometime now if the AIBE 18 COP has been released? The Bar Council of India (BCI) will release the AIBE 18 Certificate of Practice anytime soon. AIBE 18 Exam 2023 was conducted on December 10, 2023. AIBE 18 Result 2023 was announced on March 26. The BCI is expected to issue the AIBE COP by this month's end. 

Candidates must note that they won't be allowed to practice in the court of law without the Certificate of Practice (COP). The BCI has made it mandatory for all lawyers to obtain a Certificate of Practice (COP) within two years of provisional enrollment.

Steps to Fill the Application to Obtain COP from the State Bar Council

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to fill application for COP:

• Download or obtain the COP application form from the respective State Bar Council's website or address.
• Complete the application form with details about academic qualifications, bar council enrollment, and AIBE qualifying status.
• Submit the filled application form along with the required documents and the application fee.
• Required Documents to Attach:
  AIBE Result Copy
  Academic Qualification Documents
  Three recent passport-size color photographs
  Valid caste certificate issued by the competent authority (for SC/ST applicants)
  Other certificates, photographs, declarations, and documents as specified in the application form
• The application fee varies for different state bar councils and is subject to change each year. Therefore, candidates are advised to obtain the application form along with the latest fee details.

How to obtain COP from State Bar Council?

Previously, all eligible candidates would receive a notification from the Bar Council of India regarding the availability of COP at the state bar councils. Afterwards, candidates would visit their state bar council to get the COP. In order to give candidates access to a digital copy of their COP until they receive a print copy, the bar council introduced the AIBESCOPE smartphone application in 2021. Currently, applicants must complete an application form that may be found on the state bar council's official website or at its location.
