AIBE Department to remain closed until June 10 due to lockdown 5.0

Following the guidelines of the Indian government, AIBE Department will not be functional until June 10 and, landline number remains inactive for the time being. Read here to know more.

The department of All India Bar Examination (AIBE) has released a notification that as per the guidelines shared by the Govt. of India for lockdown 5.0, it will remain closed until June 10. Moreover, the landline helpdesk number of AIBE Department will also be not operative for this duration. Candidates can raise their concerns or queries (if any) to AIBE Helpdesk on their mobile number shared in the official notification. 

The official notification states, “This is to inform all the candidates that the department for All India Bar Examination will be closed till 10th June 2020 as a preventive measure for COVID-19. The helpline numbers 011-49225022/23 will be closed. As per govt. directives we are working at a lesser capacity. In case of any emergency or queries related to AIBE-15, the candidates are requested to call on 9804580458. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.”  

The application process of AIBE 2020 is currently ongoing and, candidates who had appeared in the last session i.e. AIBE 14 at the 'cancelled test centres' have to apply for AIBE 15 to appear and qualify it. However, they are facing issues like the selection of exam centre while filling up the application form of AIBE 2020. Candidates can now raise their queries either on the helpline number or at - aibe.bci@gmail.com.

The last date of application for AIBE 2020 is July 29. Those who will apply successfully and submit the application form before the last date will be issued admit cards in online mode from August 9, 2020. 

AIBE 2020 will be held in a paper-based mode as it is an open book exam and, the questions are of objective type.
