AIBE XVIII (18) Application Form 2023: The Bar Council of India (BCI) will close the AIBE XVIII (18) 2023 application process today; i.e. October 9. Candidates must fill AIBE 2023 Application Form on or before 11.59 pm. All the candidates who are interested can fill out the AIBE 2023 Application form by visiting the official website of AIBE 18 Exam; i.e. i.e. allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates must note that  AIBE 18 Registration 2023-24 is completely online and no offline applications will be entertained. AIBE Exam 2023 is October 29, 2023.

Candidates must note that only those who are enrolled with any of the state bar councils are eligible to fill out the application form of AIBE XVIII (18) 2023-24.  AIBE exam registration fee for AIBE 18 2024 is INR 3,250 for general/unreserved category candidates and INR 2,500 for SC and ST category candidates. AIBE Examination 2023 is conducted to issue certificate of practice to lawyers.

AIBE XVIII (18) Eligibility Criteria 2023

To fill AIBE XVIII (18) registration 2023-24, candidates need to fulfil the AIBE XVII (18) eligibility criteria as mentioned below:
  • Education: Candidates should hold a three- or five-year LLB degree from a recognised institute or university

  • Enrollment with State Bar Council: Candidates should be enrolled as advocates with their respective State Bar Councils, under Section 24 (1) (f) of Advocates Act, 1961

  • Age bar: There is no upper or lower age limit to apply for the exam

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to fill AIBE 18 (XVIII) Application Form 2023-24:

  • Go to the official website of AIBE (18) 2023-24 - allindiabarexamination.com
  • Click on the register link displayed on the screen
  • Enter all the required details such as enrollment state, enrollment number, name, mobile number, etc.
  • Enter your personal details like candidate's name, gender, father's name and others
  • Choose the language in which you wish to appear for the AIBE 18 Exam
  • Submit the application form
  • You will receive the registration ID and password on your email id and phone number
  • Relogin and submit the AIBE XVIII (18) application fee 2023-24
