AILET 2024 exam will be held from 11 am to 12.30 pm on December 10, 2023. Candidates must note that the AILET BA LLB Exam will consist of 150 objective-type questions divided into three sections - English, logical reasoning and general knowledge including current affairs. AILET 2024 Application Begins On August 7, Check Eligibility Criteria, Steps To Apply and other details

The National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) will begin the AILET 2024 Application process soon. As per the official notification, AILET 2024 application forms and admission notice will be released on the official website; i.e.nationallawunviersitydelhi.in from August 7, 2023 onwards. AILET 2024 exam will be held from 11 am to 12.30 pm on December 10, 2023. Candidates must note that the AILET BA LLB Exam will consist of 150 objective-type questions divided into three sections - English, logical reasoning and general knowledge including current affairs. AILET LLM and PhD exam 2024 will carry questions only on various aspects of the law.

Steps to Fill AILET 2021 Application Form

Step 1: Register online for AILET exam- http://nludelhi.ac.in/ailet2122.aspx

Step 2: Select the law course

Step 3: Fill details in AILET application form

Step 4: Upload important documents

Step 5: Pay the application fee

AILET 2024 Exam: Eligibility criteria

Candidates must note that there is no age limit to appear in AILET 2024 exam.

NLU Delhi will shortlist only eligible candidates, therefore, those seeking admission at NLU Delhi through AILET 2024 must check the eligibility criteria. The AILET 2024 eligibility criteria has been mentioned separetly for different courses. The complete eligibility criteria for AILET 2024 have been given below.

AILET BA LLB Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates can check the AILET BA LLB Eligibility Criteria in the table given below:

Criteria Requirements
Educational Qualifications
  • Candidates must have passed their class 12 exams with minimum 45% scores from a recognized institute.
  • SC/ST/PwD candidates must score a minimum 40% aggregate score in their class 12.
  • Candidates who are appearing for their class 12 exams are also eligible to appear for the AILET 2024 exam.

Age Limit
  • There is no age limit to take up the AILET exam.

AILET LLM Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates can check the AILET LLM Eligibility Criteria 2024 in the table given below:

Educational Qualifications
  • Candidates must have attained their LLB degree or an equivalent law degree minimum 50% scores from a recognized institute.
  • SC/ST/PwD candidates must score a minimum 44% aggregate score in their LLB course.
  • Candidates who are appearing for their final year/semester of their LLB programme are also eligible to appear for the AILET 2024 exam.

Age Limit
  • There is no age limit to take up the AILET exam.

AILET PhD Eligibility Criteria 2024

  • Candidates must have completed their LLM programme or an equivalent degree exam with minimum 55% scores from a recognized institute.
  • SC/ST/PwD candidates must score a minimum 50% aggregate score in their LLM programme.
