The Banaras Hindu University has released admission notification for Undergraduate Entrance Test 2022. This year, the university will be accepting the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admissions. Therefore, the online application process, conducting of entrance exams, and preparing entrance test results is the responsibility of the National Testing Agency (NTA), the exam authority for CUET 2022. Candidates seeking admissions to undergraduate courses at BHU can apply for admission through CUET 2022 at cuet.samarth.ac.in.
As BHU informed in the information bulletin of BHU UET 2022, “The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been assigned the task of conducting the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) for Undergraduate programmes for 2022 for the 45 participating Central Universities. The registration and application be done by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on the official website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in. Role of NTA is confined to registration of candidates for the exam, admitting them to the exam, conducting the exam in the prescribed mode, display of answer keys and inviting challenges, finalizing the answer keys, processing the results and handing over the results to BHU. “
Candidates now do not need to apply for BHU UET 2022 separately as they can register and fill the CUET 2022 application form. Candidates can check the FAQs section at CUET website to know more details about the entrance examination.
BHU and NTA have not shared the entrance examination schedule or the application last date yet. Candidates can keep a track of the latest events at CUET 2022 website. Candidates can also check the eligibility criteria and syllabus for entrance exam at the same website only.
