Breaking! Updating NLU Preferences mandatory to download CLAT 2023 admit card; Read official notification here

Candidates have to update their NLU preferences before they can download it. The last date of updating CLAT 2023 NLU preferences has been extended till December 17. Read here. 

The Consortium of NLUs will be issuing admit card of CLAT 2023 to all registered candidates, however, updating NLU preferences is mandatory to download it. The last date of updating CLAT 2023 NLU preferences has been extended till December 17. Candidates can login on the official website to update their preferences in CLAT 2023 application form. They need to select at least 5 NLUs as their preferred colleges to download the admit card of CLAT 2023. 

CLAT 2023 admit card will be released by 6 pm today. The exam authority has released a notification for the same as under: 

 

"The candidates appearing for the Common Law Admission Test (“CLAT”) 2023 for admission to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes at National Law Universities
(NLUs) may indicate their admission preferences to the NLUs and download their Admit Card from 6:00 pm, December 6, 2022 until 11:59 pm, December 17, 2022.

It is mandatory for the candidates to fill their admission preferences to the NLUs before downloading their Admit Card for the CLAT 2023. 

Candidates may update their preferences for admission to NLUs anytime before 11:59 pm, December 17, 2022. Any requests for a change in preferences for admission to NLUs after 11:59 pm on December 17, 2022 will not be accommodated.

Candidates must fill a minimum of 5 (five) preferences. There is no outer limit to the number of preferences that may be filled.

Before filling the preference form for admission to NLUs, candidates must check the respective NLU’s brochure to confirm that they are eligible to apply for admission to the programme that they are filling in their preference list.

Candidates are requested to follow the steps given below to fill their preferences for admission to NLUs and download their Admit Card:

a. Login to your CLAT account at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2023/
b. Click on Update Preferences
c. Fill the preferences as required and click the Update Preferences button.
d. Click on Download Admit Card button"
