CLAT 2024: The Consortium of National Law Universities will close the registration window for CLAT counselling 2024 tomorrow: December 20, 2023. Candidates can complete the CLAT 2024 counselling registration online at consortiumofnlus.ac.in by 10 PM. Only those candidates whose names are included in the invite list will be eligible to appear for CLAT counselling.

Candidates belonging to the general category must pay a fee of Rs 30,000 and reserved categories need to pay a fee of Rs 20,000 for CLAT counselling registration. After every round of CLAT 2024 counselling, the consortium will release the seat allotment for each of the participating NLUs in the admission process. 

How to Register for CLAT Counselling 2024?

It must be noted that the counselling for CLAT 2024 is done via an online centralized system. Candidates can go through the steps provided below to register for CLAT counselling:

Step 1: Login to your CLAT account

Step 2: Click the ‘Make Payment’ tab

Step 3: Complete the payment of the counselling registration fee

Step 4: Fill in the asked details 

Step 5: Submit the form and also take a printout of it for future references 

Will CLAT 2024 Counselling Fee Be Refunded?  

Candidates who applied for CLAT counselling 2024 and did not get any seat allotted will get 100% fee refund. Check below the important details related to the CLAT counselling fee refund:

  • Candidates who are not allotted any seat in the counselling process will be entitled to 100% fee refund
  • Those who were allotted seats but exited the counselling after rejecting the allotment will also get a refund, but some deductions will be made from the refund amount
  • In case candidates are found ineligible for admission, they will get a refund after some deductions.
