1. Carry your original Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport. Digital copies on phones are not allowed.

4. The timer is displayed at the top right of the screen. With 120 questions in 120 minutes try to attempt all questions within the timeline.
5. The exam will automatically submit when the 120-minute timer expires. 

1. Reach at the MHCET Law center at least 60 to 90 minutes before the exam starts (as noted on your Hall Ticket).
2. You will not be allowed to exit the exam hall for the full 120 minutes; early exits are usually not permitted.

2. Focus on English (40 marks) and GK/Current Affairs (32 marks) sections first. These sections are "time-savers" because you either know the answer or you don't.
3. As there will be 120 questions and 120 minutes, You will get 1 minute per question. If a Logical Reasoning puzzle takes more than 2 minutes, mark a guess, "flag" it for review, and move on.

As of today, 5 days are left for the exam to begin on April 1, 2026. As per the previous notification, the admit card is released 3-4 days before the exam date. Therefore, candidates can expect the release of the MHCET city slip today. 

It cannot be commented as the State CET Cell Maharashtra did not share the date of the release of the city slip. However, expect it to release today as the Exam will ne held on April 1 and April 2. 

In the MHCET Law, Percentile Scores refer to the scores based on the relative performance of all those who appear for the examination. Basically, the marks obtained are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees.

The candidates will be given different sets of questions in every shift and it is quite possible that in spite of all efforts of maintaining equivalence among various question papers, the difficulty level of these question papers administered in different shifts may not be exactly the same. In order to overcome such a situation, Normalization Method will be used.

In case of persons with disabilities in the category of blindness, locomotor disability (Both Arms only) and cerebral palsy, the facility of scribe may be given, if so desired by the person, upon production of a valid disability certificate/ UDID card. 

The aspirants are advised to visit the venue one day before the online examination to confirm the location so that they are able to report on time (as printed on the Hall Ticket) on the day of the examination. Latecomers will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

As per the official guidelines, Candidates are advised to refer to the standard reference book based on the syllabus mentioned above. CET CELL does not recommend any book as there may be clash of interest.

The candidate will have to arrange his/he own scribe at his/her own cost. The person acting as a Scribe for one candidate cannot be a scribe for another candidate. 

As per the information bulletin, the candidate will appear for the CET examination at the Examination Centre at his/her own risk and expenses and Competent Authority will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.

The Competent authority reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility etc. Candidates will not be able to challenge if their chosen city gets cancelled for the examination.
