MNLU Nagpur Introduces BA LLB Honours in Adjudication and Justicing

As per a latest notice released, the Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur, has initiated a Bachelor of Arts in Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LL.B.) Honours program specializing in Adjudication and Justicing. This five-year integrated degree course was introduced in the academic year 2020-21 and has received approval from the Bar Council of India (BCI). 

For admission notification and other details regarding this course, candidates can check the official website: nlunagpur.ac.in. As per the notice released, the last date for submitting the application for B.A.LL.B. honours program specializing in Adjudication and Justicing is January 10, 2024. 

About BA LLB Honours in Adjudication and Justicing at MNLU 

This course includes comprehensive and exhaustive practical training, involving consistent internships, judicial clerkships, and a six-month apprenticeship (Semester-X) supervised by High Court Justices and District Judges.

The primary goal of BA LLB Honours in Adjudication and Justicing is to provide students with the essential skills in critical legal thinking required for both the entry level of the Judiciary and a thriving career as a lawyer. Its curriculum centers on pluralism, social integration, and the socio-cultural framework of the State. 

Mock trials, clinical legal education, and field visits constitute integral components of the curriculum, offering students opportunities to comprehend the practical application of classroom teachings and gain a nuanced understanding of socio-economic and legal issues.
