National Law University (NLU) Delhi's Centre for Law, Justice & Development in association with the University of Antwerp, Belgium is organising a weeklong online workshop on Law, Development & Sustainability. The workshop will start on August 29 and end on September 3, 2022. Registrations are on a first come, first serve basis and July 31 is the last date to apply for the workshop.
As per the official notification, the workshop offers an opportunity to better understand the discourse on law and development and engage with critical intersections such as gender, human rights, rights of the marginalized, tribal rights, labour rights and development.
The workshop is being conducted under the scheme for promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration, Government of India. The resource persons include Professor Koen De Feyter and Professor Wouter Vandenhole both from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and highly acclaimed scholars from India. It is for the early career faculty and research scholars working in the area of sustainable development looking to augment their research and teaching capabilities.
NLUD's Chair on Consumer Law to organise certificate course on Consumer Law & Practice
The NLUD's Chair on Consumer Law is organising a 2-day Online Certificate Course on Consumer Law & Practice from August 22 and August 23, 2022. The certificate will be awarded by the Chair on Consumer Law, NLUD to all the candidates upon successful completion of the course. The registration fee is INR 2000 (Rupees Two Thousand Only) (Non-Refundable).
