Anna University is conducting TANCET 2024 exam for MBA and MCA courses on March 9. This year, a total of 34020 candidates applied for TANCET exam.

TANCET 2024 registrations closed on February 15. Anna University released the TANCET hall ticket for all applicants on February 21, 2024. Candidates who submitted the TANCET application form on the official website, tancet.annauniv.edu, before the deadline are eligible for the exam. The TANCET exam for MBA and MCA courses will be conducted on March 9. As many as 34020 candidates registered to appear for the MBA and MCA exams collectively. Out of the total applicants, 24814 candidates are appearing for TANCET MBA, while the remaining will appear for TANCET MCA.
A total of 39,301 candidates applied for TANCET and CEETA PG collectively. CEETA PG exam will be conducted for 5281 candidates aspiring for Engineering admission in Tamil Nadu.

The TANCET exam is conducted for admission to MBA and MCA courses in Tamil Nadu. Candidates will have to attempt the TANCET exam in an offline mode using OMR answering system. For TANCET MBA exam, as many as 100 MCQs will be based on topics from five different sections, including Business Situation analysis, English Usage, Quantitative Aptitude, Reading Comprehension, and Data Sufficiency. TN MBA admission is a centralised counselling process, conducted by DTE, for admissions based on TANCET ranks.
