IIT Roorkee MBA Placements 2023: Highest salary package offered is INR 27.94 LPA

IIT Roorkee: Department of Management Studies has recently concluded the final placement process for the MBA batch of 2023 and has yet again recorded 100% placements.

The highest salary package offered this year stood at INR 27.94 LPA. The placement season witnessed participation from 50 corporates, comprising both new recruiters and several prominent legacy partners, leading to a significant uptick in the overall Placement Figures including the average and highest CTC, coupled with an increase in the number of Pre-Placement Offers.

This year there was also an increase in the variety of roles being offered with additional profiles in the domains of General Management, Marketing and Finance along with Operations, IT & Analytics.

The recruiters were from a variety of sectors, including Analytics, Consulting, BFSI, FMCG/FMCD, ITES, Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics.

"The adaptive pedagogy of the institute coupled with the faith of the recruiters in the department and its students has enabled DoMS, IIT Roorkee to cement its place as one of the top B-Schools of the country," reads the official statement.

Prof. (Dr.) Usha Lenka, HOD DoMS, IIT Roorkee said, "A robust "learning through doing" practice, builds confidence of students to deal with unstructured situations successfully. The academic rigor and exposure is fostered by organizing conferences which address latest issues of industry, and society to develop benchmark practices and policies."
