MDI Gurgaon PGDM-PPM Admission 2024 Begins; Apply by July 31

The PGDM-PPM program spans 18 months, consisting of 15 months of coursework followed by a three-month policy paper project at the participant's workplace. An application fee of INR 3,000 is required for registration.

The Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon has officially launched the admission application process for its Post Graduate Diploma in Management-Public Policy and Management (PGDM-PPM) program. Interested candidates can submit their applications until July 31.

Program Overview

The PGDM-PPM program spans 18 months, consisting of 15 months of coursework followed by a three-month policy paper project at the participant's workplace. An application fee of INR 3,000 is required for registration.

The curriculum encompasses various subjects, including public policy, governance, law, project management, public finance, sustainable development, economics, leadership, and human resource management. Students will benefit from a multidisciplinary faculty, access to a modern library, and a community of practice. A one-week village immersion is also included in the program.

Target Audience

This program is tailored for middle and senior-level government officers sponsored by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) and State Cadres. Additionally, it is open to professionals with a minimum of three years of experience in central and state government organizations, consulting firms, NGOs, and development agencies focused on public policy and governance.

MDI Gurgaon Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria

For DoPT-Sponsored Applicants

Eligible candidates must meet the following conditions:

- Length of Service: At least 5 years of Group ‘A’ service by the program start date.

- Age: Minimum of three years of service remaining post-completion of the program.

- Earlier Training: Candidates should not have attended any training program of 12 weeks or longer in India within the last five years or participated in an international training program longer than two weeks within the last two years.

For Self-Sponsored Applicants

Candidates must fulfill these requirements:

- Academic Performance: Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Class 10 and Class 12.

- Degree Requirements: A three-year bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university.

- Experience: A minimum of three years of post-qualification executive work experience as of April 30, 2024.

- Entrance Exam: A valid score in GMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, or CMAT, valid until June 30, 2024.
