SNAP 2022 Exam Live Updates; Session 1 Answer Key, Question Paper Analysis, Expected Cut Offs, Student Reactions

SNAP 2022 admit card for Session 2 to be held on December 18 has been released. Candidates can download their SNAP admit cards from the snaptest.org website by using their login credentials.

The Session 2 of SNAP 2022 will be conducted on December 18 at the same time: 2 pm to 3 pm. Those who have registered for Session 2, can download their admit card from the SNAP website.

The official answer key of SNAP is not released. However, memory based SNAP 2022 Session 1 answer keys are expected to be shared soon by coaching institutes.

Based on the difficulty level of SNAP 2022 question paper of Session 1, here are estimated SNAP cut offs for 2023 admissions.

As per SNAP 2022 e, the sectional difficulty level of SNAP 2022 Session 1 is as follows:

• English Comprehension: Easy
• Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation-Data Sufficiency: Tough
• Analytical and Logical Reasoning: Easy

The SNAP 2022 Session 1 had 60 questions in total. Given below is the sectional break up:

• English Comprehension: 15
• Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation-Data Sufficiency: 20
• Analytical and Logical Reasoning: 25

SNAP 2022 session 1 was easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level as shared by some students. Quant was tough but other sections were easy to moderate. On average candidates were able to attempt nearly 45 to 50 questions.

SNAP 2022 session 1 is over now. The exam was conducted smoothly at the designated test centres without any major technical glitch. Test takers have started to come out of the exam venue to go home. The next SNAP session is on December 18.

SNAP 2022 Session 1 is underway and half time is over. The question paper of SNAP 2022 is expected to be the same as last year. No change in the test structure or difficulty level is expected.

The SNAP 2022 Session 1 has started. Once the exam is over, Shiksha will share student reactions and reviews of the question paper. Shiksha is at a test centre to record students’ reactions.

Candidates have entered their test labs and have been seated at their designated seats. Inside the SNAP test lab, candidates have to follow instructions given by the invigilator.

The test screen will open a few minutes before the commencement of the exam for candidates to read instructions. The test will be of 60 minutes and the screen will be locked as soon as the onscreen timer will show 0 minutes left. Thus, candidates must save their answers before moving to next question. 

SNAP 2022 Session 1 will begin in an hour. Entry and identification process of candidates is ongoing at the examination centres. The entry gates will close by 1: 15 PM. 

There is no sectional time limit in SNAP 2022. Candidates can divide 60 minutes of the total test duration among the three sections as per their convenience. Since, English Comprehension has 15 questions, those who are strong in English can get done with it in 10 minutes. Similarly, candidates can divide their time according to their strength.

English: 10 correct attempt can be considered good in this section. 

A-LR: 18-19 correct attempt can be considered good in this section.

QA-DI-DS: 11-12 correct attempts will be considered good in this section.

The English Comprehension section of SNAP 2022 exam will not have any RC passages. The 15 questions will be based on:

Candidates must download their SNAP 2022 admit card and take two colour print outs of the same before heading to the test centre. Digital copy of the admit card will not be accepted as a valid document by the SNAP test staff.

• Candidates must sit only at the seat allocated to them.
• They must not touch the computer system until asked too.
• They must listen to the invigilator’s instructions carefully.
• During the test, they must not cheat or indulge in any sort of mal practice otherwise they will be disqualified.
• After completing the test, they must keep sitting at their seat until the exit process begin.
• They must leave the rough sheet in the test hall before leaving.

• The test centre staff will check candidate’s identity from the admit card and photo ID proof and then allow them to enter.
• They will scan the barcode on candidate’s SNAP 2022 admit card to allot the computer lab.
• Candidates will have to go to the allocated computer lab and sit at the allocated seat for the test to start.

The entry of students at the SNAP 2022 test centres will start from 12 PM. Candidates have been given the reporting time of 12 PM, so they should reach their test centres on time.

The first session of SNAP 2022 will be conducted today from 2 pm to 3 pm. The exam is expected to be of low difficulty level and no suprises or change in the exam pattern is expected. 

Candidates must avoid making the following mistakes during the SNAP 2022 exam:

The SNAP 2022 exam is being conducted in CBT mode. Candidates have to take the test on a computer screen and use the computer mouse to punch in their answers. They are not supposed to touch the keyboard or the screen under any circumstances.

SNAP 2022 exam will be held in the afternoon, from 2 pm to 3 pm, so sleep well in the night and do your revision in the morning. Prepare yourself well in the morning and appear for the test with a free mind.

Yes, SNAP test is much easier that CAT and those who have appeared for the CAT 2022 will be able to perform better in SNAP 2022. Both CAT and SNAP have same sections - English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation. However, the difficulty level of SNAP is lower than CAT.

• SNAP is the easiest test among all the MBA entrance exams.
• It is of a very short duration and the question paper is never lengthy.
• For the past two years, no RC passages are included in the English section, which helps candidates in solving the paper faster.
• Candidate gets two attempts to improve the score

Each question carries one mark for correct attempt and -0.25 for incorrect attempt. There is no negative marking for unanswered questions.

• The total time allotted to candidates is 60 minutes
• There is no sectional limit in SNAP exam. So candidates do not have the pressure of completing a section in limited time. However, they should time themselves so at to not waste too much time on one section and miss out on solving the rest.

• Go with the exam strategy you’ve made for yourself. Even if you find a few questions tough, you can skip them and solve the easy ones first.
• Do not try to solve all the questions as there is negative marking of -0.25 for each incorrect attempt.
• Keep a calm mind and write the test. The benefit of SNAP is that you get the chance to improve score in the second attempt.

The SNAP 2022 question paper will have three sections.

The entry gates of the SNAP test centre will be closed 15 minutes prior to the commencement of exam. After that, no candidate will be allowed to enter the premises under any circumstances.

Candidates must not carry electronic gadgets, bags, purses, eatables, note books and rough sheets. Any candidate found carry any of these items will be barred from appearing in the SNAP exam.

Candidates need to carry a blue/black ball point pen to the examination centre for signing the attendance sheet for SNAP 2022. Apart from that, candidates must carry a face mask and hand sanitizer in a transparent bottle.

Candidates must carry the following documents to the exam centre:

• 2 colour print outs of the SNAP 2022 admit card
• One original copy of the photo ID card such as:
  • Aadhaar card
  • PAN card
  • Voter ID card
  • Passport
  • Driving licence

SNAP 2022 session 1 will he held tomorrow at various test centres tomorrow. The exam timing is 2 PM to 3 PM. Candidates have to report to their test centres by 12:00 PM for identification process.
