SNAP 2023 result will be announced on January 10, 2024. The result for all attempts will be released together on the same day. Candidates will be able to download their scorecards using their SNAP ID and password.

The official answer key of SNAP 2023 will not be released. Ever since, the SNAP exam moved from one-attempt to three-attempt test, they exam authorities stopped releasing SNAP 2023 answer key PDF.

To understand your admission chances through SNAP, understand the difference between SNAP score and SNAP percentile.

• SNAP score is the sum total of correct and incorrect attempts in the exam.
• SNAP percentile refers to a candidate’s relative performance as compared to rest of the candidates.

The second shift of SNAP 2023 Test 1 was conducted between 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The SNAP 2023 question paper of shift 2 was also easy.

In the A-LR section of SNAP 2023 Test 1, questions were asked from Statement Assumptions, Cause & Effect, Linear Arrangement, Truth or Lie, Blood Relations, Coding, Statement Argument, Course of Action, Clock, Syllogism, Number/Letter/Symbol/Word Series, Input/Output, Critical Reasoning

In the Quants section of SNAP 2O23 Test 1, questions were asked from Profit, Loss & Discount, Mixture, SI-CI, Percentage & Time, Speed and Distance, Linear Equation, log, Geometric and Arithmetic Progression, Digits, HCF, Circle, Triangle, Rectangular tank, Height and Distance, Matrix, P&C, Probability, Table based Data Interpretation.

In the English section of SNAP 2O23 Test 1, questions were asked from Sentence with no object, Poem, Parts of Speech, Correct Sentence, Preposition, Prefix, Modal verb,  Spelling, Compound Words, Tense, Fill in the blanks, Synonyms.

Once again, there was no RC paragraph in SNAP exam. There were on parajumble questions either. The question in English sections were asked mainly from vocabulary and grammar.

• English section was easy
• Analytica and Logical Reasoning section was easy
• Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency section was moderate to tough

Candidates who appeared in CAT 2023, found SNAP 2023 easy. However, some candidates who prepared only for SNAP 2023 found it tough. A few students we spoke to, found Quants time consuming, some found LR questions easy whereas some found English questions easy.

SNAP 2023 Test 1 was easy. Initial feedback shared by candidates suggest that the SNAP 2023 question paper was doable.

SNAP 2023 Test 1 has commenced. Thousands of MBA aspirants are appearing for the first session of SNAP exam today. SNAP is the gateway to 16 SIU colleges for MBA/PGDM courses.

The first session of SNAP 2023 is all set to begin at 2:00 pm at various test centres in 94 cities. Entry gates will close soon and no one will be allowed to enter the test venue after that.

The reporting time for all candidates is 12 pm. Candidates have started to reach the test centres across India.

Here is the formula to calculate SNAP percentile 2023:

SNAP 2023 percentile = [(Total Number of Candidates - Rank of a Candidate) / Total Number of Candidates] x 100

The difficulty level of SNAP 2023 Test 1 is expected to be easy to moderate. The English section may be easy, QA-DI-DS could be tough and A-LR section could be moderate.

SNAP 2023 Test 1 will have 60 questions, which will be divided as:

• English – 15 questions
• QA, DI/DS- 20 questions
• A-LR – 25 questions

There is no sectional time limit in SNAP exam. 60 minutes will be given to the candidates for the test. Candidates can allot time to every section as per their need, strength and weakness. Suggested time limit: 

• English - 10 minutes
• QA, DI-DS - 25 minutes
• A-LR: 25 minutes

Candidate can carry any of the following ID proofs to the SNAP exam centre today:

• Aadhaar card
• PAN card
• Voter ID card
• Passport
• Driving License

SNAP test takers can go through short notes on QA and DI for last minute revision. There is enough time to also check the basic grammar rules before the exam.

This year, 1.42 lakh candidates have applied for SNAP. Sessions wise data of number of test takers will be announced later. However, about atleast 1 lakh candidates are expected to appear for the first session today.

SNAP test takers have to carry only a blue/black ball point pen, two copies of their admit card and an original copy of their photo ID proof. They shouldn’t carry anything else as there will be no provision of bag deposit at the test centres.

SNAP 2023 Test 1 will be conducted today from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Candidates have to reach the test centres by 12:00 pm.

SNAP cut offs 2023 for SIBM Pune admission is expected to be around 97-98.5 percentile. The cut offs will be known in the first week of February 2024 at the time of GEP-WAT-PI shortlisting.

SNAP is an easy exam as compared to other MBA entrance exams. There are less number of questions, no sectional time limit and no RC passages, which make SNAP easy.

• Don’t get late for the exam
• Don’t carry electronic items
• Don’t carry metal items or wear metal accessories
• Don’t create ruckus
• Don’t cheat in the exam

• Reach the test centre as per the reporting time
• Cooperate with examination staff at the time of entry
• Follow instructions being given to all
• Carry relevant documents for exam
• Complete the test within the time limit

Candidates must not carry electronic items, metal items and stationary items except a blue/black ball point pen. If any candidate is found to be carrying any of these prohibited items, they will not be allowed to take the test.

Candidate need to carry the following documents to the SNAP test centre:

• SNAP 2023 admit card for Test 1 (two copies)
• Proof of Identification (Original copy)

Acceptable ID proof include Voter ID, Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, Driving License

The admit cards for SNAP 2023 Test 2 and Test 3 are available for download from today. SNAP Test 2 will be held on December 17 and SNAP Test 3 will be held on December 22, 2023.

SNAP 2023 is being conducted in 94 cities across the country. The address of test centre will be mentioned in the SNAP admit card. Candidates have to appear for the exam at the centre mentioned on their admit card. They cannot take the test at any other centre.

The SNAP 2023 admit card should be downloaded much before the exam, as two print outs of the same will be needed at the test centre.

For every correct attempt, 1mark will be awarded and for every incorrect attempt 0.25 marks will be deducted. Candidates should attempt only those questions that they can solve accurately.

The SNAP question paper 2023 will have 60 question. The sectional break up will be:

• English – 15 questions
• QA, DI-DS – 20 questions
• A-LR – 25 questions

There is no sectional time limit in SNAP, so candidates can choose to devote time on a particular section as per their need. There is no RC passage in English which has only 15 questions, so candidate should attempt this section in minimum time.

Important topics to revise for A-LR section of SNAP are Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Number Series, Letter Series, Syllogism, Input-Output, Linear Arrangement, Clocks, Calendars, Odd One Out, Statement Conclusion, Statement & Assumptions, Course of Action, Cause and Effect, General Reasoning, Paragraph Conclusion.

Important topics to revise for QA-DI/DS section of SNAP are Percentages, Profit & Loss, Numbers, Time and Work, Time, Speed, Distance, Quadratic Equations, Geometry, P&C, Mensuration, Probability, Data Interpretation, Set Theory, Progressions and Series and Binomial Theorem.

Important topics to revise for English section of SNAP are Fill in the Blanks, Grammar, Parts of Speech, Synonyms, Idiom & Phrases, Proverbs, Standard Word Order (Poem) and Spelling.

The SNAP 2023 syllabus includes all important topics from Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and English.

SNAP 2023 Test 1 will be held tomorrow. The exam timing is 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. There is no sectional time limit in SNAP and the paper will be easier than CAT.
