SNAP 2024 Exam (Dec 8, Slot 1 & 2) Live Updates: Question Paper Analysis, Answer Key

SNAP 2024 result will be announced on January 8, 2025. The SNAP result cum scorecard will be released at the snaptest.org website.

SNAP 2024 Test 3 will be held in December2 2, 2024. The second session will also be conducted in two slots. The exam timings will be same as Test 1. SNAP admit card for Test 3 will be released on December 15, 2024.

Official answer keys of SNAP exam are not released by the examination authority. After the exam, the SNAP 2024 result is released. Candidates can take help of unofficial or memory based SNAP 2024 answer key released by coaching institutes to evaluate their performance.

After SNAP 2024 Test 1, candidates can evaluate their performance with the help of memory based answer keys. Those who have registered for Test 2 and Test 3, can learn from the experience of Test 1 and improve their score.  

• A-LR was dominated by critical reasoning

The second slot of SNAP 2024 Test 1 is over. The Slot 2 question paper was also easy, having same pattern as question paper of Slot 1. 

As per the Slot 1 SNAP 2024 analysis, the sectional difficulty level is as follows:

• English: Easy
• A-LR: Moderate
• Quantitative Aptitude: Tough

The second slot of SNAP 2024 Test 2 has started at 4:30 pm. The exam will get over at 5:30 pm.

SNAP 2024 Test 1, Slot 2 will have the same exam pattern as Slot 2. There will be 60 questions in total; 15 from English, 20 from Quantitative Aptitude and 25 from Analytical and Logical Reasoning.

First slot of SNAP 2024 Test 1 was easy to moderate. Candidates who appeared in slot 1 said the paper was a bit time consuming and Quant was toughest among all three sections.

SNAP 2024 is being conducted in two slots. The slot 1 of SNAP Test 1 is over and the slot 2 will begin at 4:30 pm. Candidates appearing for the second slot have started to arrive at the test centres.  

There is no change in the exam pattern of SNAP 2024. There are 60 questions; 15 from English, 20 from Quantitative Aptitude and 25 from Analytical and Logical Reasoning.

Candidates who are appearing for more than one session of SNAP 2024, can use the best score of all their attempts for SIU MBA admission shortlisting.

SNAP 2024 will have objective type questions with four options to choose the correct answer from. Candidates can select only one option as the correct answer.

Entry for SNAP 2024 Test 1, slot 1 has started at test centres. The exam centre staff has started to check documents and allow test takers to enter the exam venue.

Candidates have to carry 2 colour printouts of the SNAP 2024 admit card and any of the following photo ID cards:

• Aadhaar card
• PAN card
• Voter ID card
• Passport
• Driving License

In SNAP A-LR section, questions can be expected from Family Tree/Blood Relations, Coding/Decoding, Analogy & Series, Seating Arrangement, Direction Sense, Mathematical Reasoning, Clocks & Calendars, Syllogisms, Meaningful Word/Matrix, Critical Reasoning, Visual Reasoning, Verbal & Miscellaneous Reasoning.

In SNAP Quants section, questions can be expected from Trigonometry, Geometry, Algebra, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Partnership, Time-Speed-Distance, Data Interpretation.

In SNAP English section questions can be expected from Syllogisms, Analogies, Grammar, Antonym-Synonym, One Word Substitution, Similar Sounding Words, Parajumbles, Fill in the Blanks.

Candidates must remember that digital copy of the SNAP 2024 admit card is not valid. They should carry two colour copies of their admit card with a recent passport size phot affixed on it.

SNAP 2024 exam duration is 60 minutes. There is no sectional time limit. 20 minutes extra will be given to only PwD category candidates.

There will be 60 questions in SNAP 2024 exam. The questions will be divided into three sections. English will have 15 questions, Quants will have 20 questions and Reasoning will have 25 questions.

SNAP score is accepted by only 16 SIU colleges for admission to MBA/PGDM courses. SNAP is not accepted by any other MBA college.

SNAP is an easy exam, so the difficulty level of SNAP 2024 Test 1 is expected to be easy. The English section will be easy. Quants will be easy too. Only A-LR questions can be slightly difficult.

Total number of questions in SNAP is 60. So candidates must aim to attempt about 40-41 questions, to get a good score.

There is negative marking of 0.25 marks per incorrect attempt. Candidates must avoid negative marking by not attempting questions whose answer they are not sure of.

For every correct option 1 mark will be awarded and for every incorrect option 0.25 marks are deducted. There is no marks deduction for skipping question.

• Do not waste too much time on one questions.
• There is no sectional time limit so allot adequate time to all three sections.
• Try to achieve sectional cut offs in all sections first and if time permits attempt more questions.
• SNAP has negative marking so attempt a question only if you are 100% sure of the answer. 
• You can toggle between questions, so target easy questions first
• It is not mandatory to attempt all questions, so target 40-43 questions overall in the given time limit.

Candidates must not carry mobile phone, Bluetooth device, watch, earphones or any electronic item to the test centre. They must also not carry loose paper, note books, metal accessories, wallets, bags, and eatables.

Before entry, candidates will have to go through identification process which will include document verification, frisking and biometric recording.

Candidates must affix a recent passport size photo on their SNAP 2024 admit card copies. The photo should preferably be the same as uploaded in the SNAP application form.

SNAP 2024 exam is being held in 80 cities across India. Test centres have been allotted to candidates as per the first preference selected in the SNAP application form.

Candidates must carry two copies of the SNAP 2024 admit card. The print out of SNAP admit card should be in colour and in A4 size sheet.

• Candidates must not carry electronic items and loose paper
• Candidates must cooperate with the test centre staff
• Candidates must not cheat or indulge in mal practices

Reporting time for SNAP Test 1 slot 1 is 12:30 pm and SNAP Test 2 slot 2 is 3:00 pm. Candidates appearing for the exam tomorrow must reach their test centres on time.
