AIIMS Delhi to organise Annual Research Day tomorrow

AIIMS Delhi is all set to organise Annual Research Day tomorrow, January 30, 2024. 

"AIIMS New Delhi proudly presents its Annual Research Day, an academic extravaganza portraying the research achievements of this Institute in the past one year Join us on 30 January 2024 to know more," said the medical institute on X.

The event will commence at 11:15 with platform presentations by Senior Residents, followed by AIIMS Golden Jubilee Oration Dr. Rajiv Bahl, AIIMS Excellence in Research Awards Ceremony, Lunch, Inauguration of Research Exhibition and Rounds, Panel Discussion, Awards Ceremony, and Poster Rounds by Judges.

Annual Research Day will be attended by all AIIMS Delhi faculty, scientists and students of the institute. The occasion will see insightful platform presentations from PhD, MBBS, Academic Junior Residents, and Senior Residents. 

These platform presentations were selected by the expert committees from a remarkable pool of over 600 submitted abstracts. The selected speakers shall present cutting-edge research and innovative ideas that will be of immense value to the AIIMS scientific community.

Presentations by PhD students include "clinical application of miRNAs in exhaled breath condensate of Pulmonary TB Patients: A pilot Study", "Dual modification strategies to Enhance the targeting efficiency of Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Derived small Extracellular Vesicles", and "Integrated Analysis of expression correlation and signalling pathway connecting FAT1 with EGFR, a WHO-defined molecular marker, in astrocytic tumours"
