AIIMS Raipur, IIM Raipur ink MoU for research in Hospital Management

AIIMS Raipur and IIM Raipur have signed an agreement for research in management fields like Hospital Management, Health Economics, and Financial Management.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Raipur and Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) Raipur have collaborated to explore untapped research areas.

AIIMS Raipur's tweet reads, "#aiims_rpr and #IIMRaipur inked MoU to explore untapped research areas in management. Both Institutes are ready to further study Hospital Management, Health Economics, and Financial Management."

A few weeks ago, AIIMS Raipur also signed an agreement with Guru Ghasidas Central University (GGU) for sharing research work and study. AIIMS Director Prof. Dr Nitin N. Nagarkar and Vice-Chancellor of the GGU Prof Alok Chakrawal signed the MoU. The two institutes will carry on studies together in the field of health science, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, chemical sciences and pharmaceutical science. At the same time, both the institutes will do research together in life sciences, said the GGU statement, as reported by The Pioneer.

AIIMS Raipur invites applications for the Master of Public Health 

The medical institute has invited applications through Google form for entrance examination for admission in Master of Public Health 2022, latest by October 10, 2022. The duration of the course is two years and there are a total of 6 seats. To be eligible to apply, the candidates must have one of the following degrees - MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BUMS, BSMS, B Tech or BE (Any Branch), BVSc, Nursing Sciences, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy OR Postgraduate degree in Statistics/ Biostatistics, Demography, Population Studies, Nutrition, Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Anthropology, Social Work, and Management of Law."
