Assam NEET PG 2022 Offline Counselling: Stray Vacancy Round Tomorrow

DME Assam has notified that the Stray Vacancy round for Assam NEET PG 2022 offline counselling will be held tomorrow, November 25, 2022.

Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam has issued a notice to inform that the Stray Vacancy round of offline counselling and spot admission into vacant postgraduate seats in government medical colleges of Assam and BBCI, Guwahati under Assam State Quota, session 2022 will be conducted on November 25, 2022.

The official notification reads, "This is for information of all that the Stray Vacancy Round of offline counselling and spot admission into vacant postgraduate seats in government medical colleges of Assam and BBCI, Guwahati under Assam State Quota, session 2022, is going to be held on November 25, 2022."

"Candidates who appeared in NEET PG 2022 conducted by the National Board of Examination may participate in the offline counselling provided they fulfil all the eligibility criteria as per 'Medical colleges of Assam (Regulation of Admission into Post Graduate Degree and Diploma Courses) Rules, 2021' as well as meet the cut-off scores in NEET PG 2022. Further, the name and NEET PG 2022 roll number of the candidate must be present in the list of eligible candidates published by this Directorate earlier. The candidates who have joined up to round 2 of AIQ or state quota shall not be eligible to participate in the said stray vacancy round counselling of 50% state quota seats," added the notification.

MCC to conduct stray vacancy round of NEET PG 2022 from November 28 for AIQ seats

As per the schedule released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the stray vacancy round for AIQ, Deemed and Central institute will begin on November 28.
