How to Fill Assam NEET PG 2024 Choices
Candidates will have to fill and lock choices by following the below steps:
- Visit the Assam NEET PG Counselling 2024 website – dme.assam.gov.in or directly enter the link https://formsrec.in/PREF_PG_MDMS_Assam_24/
- Enter the Application Number, Password and Date of Birth
- Click on login
- First click the arrow on the box for the institution of preference when a dropdown menu will appear with names of participating Institutions. Click on the Institution of your choice.
- Next click the arrow on the box for the subject of preference and a dropdown menu will appear with the names of all available Subjects. Click on the Subject of your choice.
- On clicking the Subject of your choice a Code will automatically appear in the Code Box by its side if the Subject is available in the selected Institution.
- Enter the college and course preferences in preferential order and submit
Important Instructions for Assam NEET PG Counselling 2024 Choice Filling
DME Assam has released the following instructions for the choice filling process:
- Candidates can choose a maximum of 109 preferences
- The Online Choice Filling Form will not be accessible any more once the candidate clicks the 'Lock Preferences' button and confirms it. So, candidates are advised to check the Form carefully before clicking the 'Lock Preferences' button and confirming it.
- Candidate must fill in at least 1 preference before Locking. Any Form Locked without filling in any preference will be considered as candidate not participating in the Counselling process.
- Candidates must ensure that the selected Subject is available in the selected Institution by going through the Seat Matrix.
- Preferences must be started from Preference No.1.
Candidates must note that there is no fee involved for availing the choice filling or locking facility. The seat allotment result will be declared on November 26, 2024. The Central Verification of documents of provisionally selected candidates at the DME Assam office will be held from November 28 to November 29, 2024. The institute reporting and joining at the allotted institutes will be conducted from December 3 to December 4, 2024.
Earlier, the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam released the revised merit list consisting of the names of 1,578 eligible candidates. The registration process was conducted from November 18 to November 20, 2024.
