Assam NEET PG counselling 2024 Round 1 seat allotment result has been declared on November 26, 2024. The institute reporting process is being conducted from November 28 to November 29, 2024, 10 AM onwards. As many as 680 candidates have been allotted seats.

Assam NEET PG counselling 2024 Round 1 seat allotment result was declared on November 26, 2024, as per the schedule, and the institute reporting process began today, November 28, 2024, onwards. The last date of institute reporting and document verification is November 29, 2024. As many as 680 candidates have been allotted seats.

DME Assam has stated that candidates with revised State Merit Ranks from 5 to 262 have to report on November 28, 2024, and from 265 to 1577 have to report on November 29, 2024. Along with the requisite documents, they need to fill up and sign the mandatory undertaking.

Documents Required for Assam NEET PG Counselling 2024 Institute Reporting

The following documents are required for Assam NEET PG 2024 counselling institute reporting process:

  • All mark sheets of MBBS or equivalent examination.
  • Permanent Resident Certificate, wherever applicable/ Proof of studying MBBS under Al Quota from the Principal of the respective college.
  • Permanent Registration Certificate from Assam Council of Medical Registration.
  • Rural Service Completion certificate.

After verification of the documents the selected candidates have to get admitted in the respective allotted institutions between December 4 and December 5, 2024. After admission, all candidates including State Health Services Quota have to execute a duly registered agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper of the value of INR 100.

Q:   How many rounds will be held in Assam NEET PG counselling?

Last year, a total of four rounds of Assam NEET PG counselling was held including mop up round. This year also it is expected that three to four rounds of counselling will be held. The actual number of rounds will depend on the number of vacant seats.

A:

Last year, Assam NEET PG counselling was held for allocation of around 652 MD/MS and Diploma seats. This year, the number of seats may vary. The actual number will be known once DME Assam releass the seat matrix.

A:

Candidates have to register on the official website, dme.assam.gov.in and submit applications to participate in the counselling.
