JKBOPEE releases provisional list for Post MBBS, Post MBBS Diploma, Post Diploma

The Heads of the colleges are advised to release the documents/ certificates and fees immediately to such candidates who have been upgraded during 2nd/mop-up round of counselling to enable them to complete the admission formalities within the prescribed time limit, said the board. 

The list of candidates who have been provisionally upgraded/allotted seats/disciplines in Government Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K is available on the official website of JKBOPEE - jkbopee.gov.in.

The board has decided to club the 2nd round and Mop Up Round of the counselling. The candidates upgraded/ allotted seats/ disciplines/ institutions during the 2nd/Mop Up Round shall have to join their allotted colleges by or before October 20, 2023.

"It is further notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the Upgradation/Allotment of seats during the 2nd / Mop Up Round of counselling shall be purely on a provisional basis and shall not confer any preferential right upon the selected candidates and shall be subject to the outcome, of any writ petition, if any, pending before any competent court of Law," reads the official notification.

Documents needed while reporting are - Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/Ladakh (For candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST Certificate shall be treated as Domicile Certificate), NOC from the Government/Competent Authority, Valid Reserved Category Certificate, wherever applicable, NBE/ PDCET Score Card-2023, whichever applicable.

"It shall be sole responsibility of the Heads of the Colleges/ Institutions concerned to ensure proper checking/verification of following documents/ eligibility before the candidate is allowed to join the course he/she is provisionally selected for," added the board.
