Karnataka Examinations Authority has released the schedule for NEET PG counselling 2022 round 2 at the official website kea.kar.nic.in.

The schedule for the Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2022 round 2 is out at the official website kea.kar.nic.in. As per the schedule released, the rearrangement of options by those who have submitted the original documents to KEA can be done from 6 pm on November 15 to November 17 up to 10 am, publication of the second round allotment result is will be done on November 17 after 6 pm.

Payment of fees and collection of allotment orders is scheduled between November 18 to November 19, 2022. The fee paid by choice 2 candidates will be adjusted upon selection of a seat in this round. Balance fee if any should be paid by the candidates.

The last date for reporting to the medical and dental colleges for round 2 is November 20 before 5:30 pm. Eligible candidates have to produce all the original documents as per the verification slip along with (a) PGET 2022 application printout (B) Annexure-1, 2 and 7(C) Choice 2 and Choice-3 printouts as applicable.

β€œThe candidates who have joined the allotted seat in first round/second round of All India Quota will not be eligible to participate in the state counselling,” read an official notification from KEA.

"There is no choice selection in round 2, hence the candidates who get allotment in the second round have to compulsorily report to the allotted college as the seat allotment is based on the priority of options as entered by the candidates. The choice 2 candidates of first round, if the seat is upgraded will report to the new college or if the seat is not upgraded, will report to the previously allotted college," added the notification.

"Not reporting to the allotted college should not be presumed by the candidates that they have surrendered the seat to KEA. This is tantamount of blocking of seat and it attracts penalty, further government shall initiate legal action in accordance with law against those candidates who fail to take admission in the college allotted in round 1 or round 2," further added the notification.
