NEET 2020: NTA Reactivates Correction Window up to May 31, Allows Changes in Exam Centres

Taking into consideration the requests sent by NEET 2020 aspirants, NTA reopens the correction window for NEET 2020 application form. Candidates can change their exam centres using the NEET 2020 correction window.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reactivated the correction window for the NEET 2020 application form. The correction window for NEET 2020 application form was reactivated in response to the requests sent by many students who wished to change their exam centres. Owing to the COVID-19 situation in India, many candidates will not be able to travel to the exam centres that were chosen by them during the application process.  NTA has also assured the candidates that they will try to allot the NEET exam centres in the order of preference, as chosen by them.

Aspirants of NEET 2020 are advised to make a note of all the required modifications before using the correction window. The NEET 2020 correction window is a one-time window, which means that once the modified application is saved, candidates will not be able to edit it again. Candidates must also note that apart from the exam centres, only the candidate details sections of the NEET 2020 application form can be modified using the correction window.

NEET Application Form 2020: How to Use the Correction Window?

  1. Click on the link given above or go to ntaneet.nic.in
  2. Use the candidate login to access your registered account
  3. Click on ‘Correction in particulars’
  4. Choose the desired exam centres
  5. Make changes to the particulars (if any)
  6. Enter the security pin and 6-digit OTP
  7. Pay the correction fee (if applicable)
  8. Download and save the correction slip

  • Candidates must note that the fee for making corrections in the NEET application form 2020 will depend on the type of details that have been modified
  • These corrections will be reflected only after the payment of NEET 2020 correction fee (if applicable)
  • Candidates must save the correction slip for future reference
  • The NEET 2020 correction slip can be used as a reference, in case of any discrepancy
  • NTA will issue NEET admit card 2020 after the correction window closes
