Following the dismissal of the plea seeking postponement of NEET 2020 exam date by SC, students express their discontentment on Twitter.

The Supreme Court of India, on Monday, dismissed the plea seeking postponement of NEET 2020 exam date. After the dismissal of this plea, people hoped that the protests of NEET 2020 aspirants will end and they will get back to preparing for the examination which is to be held on September 13. However, the student community is widely unhappy with the decision of the apex court, and have decided to continue the protests.

The student community has also expressed their disappointment, stating that the verdict has shaken their faith on the Indian judiciary system. They have urged their fellow mates to continue the protests and not lose hope. They have also cited new reasons supporting their plea seeking postponement of NEET 2020 exam date, such as the extension of lockdown up to September 6 in Bihar.

Post the verdict of the court, students have started posting new comments on Twitter suggesting that they will now appeal to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). Students are still posting comments using the hashtag ‘SCpostponeJEE_NEET’. Some students have started tweeting using a new hashtag ‘HRDPOSTPONEJEENEET’, in an attempt to grab the attention of the HRD Ministry. Students have written emails to PMO, requesting them to postpone NEET 2020.
