NEET Phase 2 Registration to End on October 13
The NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registration process was reopened by NTA on October 21 and the last date to submit it is October 26, 11.50 pm. The NEET Phase 2 registration and correction window for the original phase had ended on October 13. Stating the reason for reopening the registration and correction window for NEET, NTA said, "On receiving numerous requests from the candidates, the National Testing Agency is again opening the window for filling up of Second set of Information and correct/modify the particulars of the First and Second Phase of Online Application Form for NEET (UG) 2021." Candidates who are yet to complete the NEET 2021 second phase application form and make corrections in the NEET 2021 first phase application form must submit the duly filled up forms within the stipulated schedule. NTA has stated on the NEET 2021 website, “No documents need to be uploaded in filling up the Second Phase of Online Application Form for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2021.”

Fields Eligible for Edit in the NEET 2021 Phase 1 Application Form
Candidates can edit the following fields in the first phase application form of NEET 2021:
No Documents to be Uploaded
Although earlier it was announced that candidates would have to upload documents pertaining to their category and sub-category, but as per a recent update on the official website, candidates need not upload any document.
This would help candidates complete the NEET 2021 Phase 2 registration process more conveniently and in an expedited manner. Candidates may note that they need not pay any fee in this phase. Only those who have appeared for the exam will be eligible for the second phase application process.
Fields Eligible for Correction
The following six fields are eligible for editing/correcting in the NEET form:

iii. e-mail address
iv. Category
v. Sub-category
vi. Fields of second phase
Candidates who had availed the facility during the original window of NEET Phase 2 application and correction window can again make necessary changes from October 21 to October 26.
NEET 2021 was conducted on September 12. The first phase application process was conducted from July 13 to August 10. NTA has not released the NEET 2021 provisional answer keys yet. The NEET 2021 result is expected to be declared in the second week of October.
