NEET UG 2023 application dates and notification will be announced anytime soon. As per the tentative dates, it is likely that the National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET 2023 notification in the second week of February, or by February 10. On December 15, NTA announced the exam date, which is May 7. The application process for NEET UG 2023 is expected to commence in the first week of March. We bring to you the latest news and updates on NEET 2023 exam date announcement.
Ever since the NEET 2023 date has been announced, some of the students and other stakeholders have been demanding the exam to be postponed. However, NTA has not responded to those requests or demands, giving an indication that the request to postpone NEET 2023 will not be fulfilled.

NEET 2023 Exam Date
NEET 2023 will be conducted on Sunday, May 7, from 2 PM to 5.20 PM (Indian Standard Time). The exam timing and centre will be mentioned on the NEET 2023 admit card which will be released prior to the exam date.

Filling NEET Application Form Offline
The NEET application form has to be filled in online mode only. However, there is an exception for the applicants residing in the Kashmir valley or Leh. The NEET 2023 application fee has to be paid using a credit card/ debit card, net banking, Paytm or UPI.

Will NEET 2023 Application Correction Incur Extra Fee?
There is no additional fee amount involved for NEET 2023 application correction unless there is a change in category. If the category fee is higher than that of the previously selected category, then candidates will have to pay the additional fee amount in order to be eligible for appearing in the exam.

NEET 2023 Application Correction Facility
NTA will provide an application correction window after the NEET 2023 application process is over. Only those candidates who have submitted the form by paying the requisite application fee will be able to edit or make changes to the application form. While candidates will be able to make changes in maximum fields, there are certain uneditable fields as well, which include email address, mobile number and nationality.

NEET 2022 Analysis
As per last year’s NEET analysis, the difficulty level of the exam was moderate to tough. The questions were on the expected lines. As far as the subject-wise difficulty level is concerned, Physics was the toughest, followed by Chemistry and Biology. The chances of NTA postponing NEET UG 2023 are bleak as NTA has not responded to any of the student requests. The NEET exam is conducted once a year. It is expected that NEET 2023 will also be conducted once. However, students and other stakeholders are demanding that NEET be held twice a year. NEET 2023 Exam Pattern
The NEET 2023 exam will carry 200 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The Biology section is further divided into Botany and Zoology. Out of the 200 questions, candidates will have to answer 180 questions, and any attempt beyond it would not be considered. Each subject is divided into two sections carrying 35 and 15 questions. NEET 2023 Mode of Exam
The NEET 2023 exam is conducted in a paper-pencil-based mode or offline mode. Candidates will be given a hard copy of the NEET question paper and an OMR sheet answer booklet.
