NEET PG 2021 Mop-up round: Results to be released tomorrow, March 23
As per the Medical Counselling Committee's (MCC) revised schedule NEET PG 2021 Mop-up round results are to be out tomorrow, March 23.
The candidates who are waiting for the seat allotment result of the NEET PG 2021 Mop-up round can check the result tomorrow, March 23, at the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) official website mcc.nic.in.
After the doctors' demand to reduce the cut off percentile of NEET PG 2021, on March 12, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) reduced NEET PG 2021 cut off by 15 percentile for each category to benefit a number of candidates who didn't score as per the original cut off percentile earlier.
A total of 6,266 seats in different MD, MS, PG diploma courses will be allocated through NEET PG 2021 Mop-up round. This was the last round in which registration was required. For the next and last stray vacancy round, the candidates will not be able to register and exercise choice.
NEET PG 2021 Mop-up round details
It was conducted for the seat allotment in deemed, central universities and ESIC institutes. The candidates who exited in the earlier rounds of counselling by not reporting to the allotted colleges were required to register for the NEET PG mop-up counselling 2021. The candidates who didn't get any seats in the previous rounds were not required to register again for the mop-up round.
NEET PG 2021 counselling is being conducted for admission to the
50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, 50% State Quota seats, Armed Forces Medical Services, Deemed Universities, Central Universities (DU, AMU, BHU), and ESIC colleges.
