NEET PG 2022 Counselling: Mop up round choice filling and locking deadline extended till Nov 16
MCC has extended the deadline for choice declaration and locking for NEET PG 2022 mop up round counselling.
NEET PG 2022 mop up round choice filling deadline has been extended. As per the latest notification from MCC, candidates can fill choices for mop up round counselling till November 16, 5 pm. The choice locking will begin at 2 pm on November 16 and the deadline is 5 pm same day. The last date for registration for NEET PG 2022 mop up round counselling was November 13. Registration and choice filling deadline have been extended many a times recently due to Supreme Court’s decision.
“In view of the directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Contempt Petition No. 671 of 2022 (Dy. No. 35224/2022) , all states and union territories have to complete second round of state counselling by 06:00 P.M on 16th Nov., 2022 and submit the data on the same day to the Medical Counselling Committee for the purpose of uploading the data,” latest notification dated November 14 said.
Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has yet not announced date for seat allotment result for NEET PG 2022 mop up round counselling. The seat allotment result will be uploaded online in PDF format.

MCC had started registration for mop up round counselling on November 1. Since then, the deadline for registration and choice filling have been extended around 3 times. After the mop up round, stary vacancy round counselling will be held for seat allotment. No fresh registration and choices will be accepted in the stray vacancy round and seats will be allocated based on choice declaration in previous rounds.
