NEET PG 2023 counselling schedule to be out soon at mcc.nic.in

MCC is expected to announce the NEET PG 2023 counselling schedule soon on the official website -mcc.nic.in.

Medical Counselling Committee is expected to announce the NEET PG 2023 counselling schedule soon on the official website -mcc.nic.in. To participate in the NEET PG 2023 counselling, the candidates need to register on the official website. It is expected to start on July 15, 2023.

The counselling of NEET PG is conducted for admission to the following quotas - 50% All India Quota seats, 50% State Quota seats, Armed Forces Medical Services, Deemed Universities, Central Universities (DU, AMU, BHU), and ESIC colleges.

NEET PG 2023 counselling will have a total of four rounds including round 1, round 2, mop up round, and stray vacancy round. MCC will release NEET PG 2023 seat allotment results based on choice filled, availability of seats in particular institutes, reservation criteria and other factors. Only candidates who qualify for NEET PG with the minimum cut-off percentile are eligible to participate in the seat allotment process.

The counselling process includes online registration, fee payment, choice declaration, seat allotment result, and reporting. MCC conducts counselling for 50% All India Quota seats while respective state counselling authorities will be conducting counselling for rest 50% AIQ seats.

NEET PG scores are valid for admission to 26,699 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13,886 Master of Surgery (MS), and 922 PG Diploma seats. 

To participate in the counselling for NEET PG 2023 a candidate must score more than or equal to the qualifying cutoffs released by MCC. The qualifying cut off score for NEET PG 2023 has been released along with the result.
