The Supreme Court will hear the petitions related to the release of the NEET PG answer key and response sheet, transparency in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Postgraduate (NEET-PG) exam and clarity in normalisation scores and results. The petitioner mentioned that the release of the answer key is an important stage depicting the transparency of the national-level entrance test and its evaluation process. They further claimed that every national-level entrance examination releases its answer key, question paper and response sheet so why not for the NEET PG exam?

Several students claimed that they unexpectedly got low ranks in comparison to what they expected by calculation with the unofficial answer key.
