While the NEET PG Counselling 2021 process is going on from January 12, Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued a notice for the participating candidates that stated four significant points.
MCC has asked the candidates to take note of the following:
- In the Registration Form for PG Counselling 2021, the ENROLMENT NUMBER refers to the number on your MBBS Degree which is unique for each candidate and University from which MBBS Course has been completed. However, it is desirable to fill your Enrolment number and not mandatory. Even if Permanent Registration Number/ State Registration number has been entered instead of Enrolment number, it will not affect the registration process of candidate.
- Candidates who do not have Enrolment Number issued by the University can enter ‘NA’ (Not Applicable) in that column.
- The YEAR OF PASSING in Registration Form refers to the year of completion of Final Professional Course of MBBS.
- The Internship Completion date has been changed to 30th September instead of 31st March by the order dated 18.08.2021of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in W.P(C) No. 8429/2021. Therefore, all candidates who have completed their MBBS internship till 30th September, 2021 are eligible to participate in PG Counselling 2021.
MCC has also released the list of NRI eligible candidates of NEET PG Counselling 2021 Round 1 and these candidates need to produce NRI original documents at the time of reporting in case the NRI seat is allotted to them, failing which their allotment/admission is liable to be cancelled.
