Patel demanded a manual evaluation of her OMR sheet along with an inquiry against the National Testing Agency. She further demanded that NEET UG 2024 counselling must standstill at the moment.

On the contrary, the National Testing Agency (NTA) presented the original OMR sheet of Ayushi Patel that has no damage, as reported by India Today.
Rejecting the plea, Allahabad High Court has granted NTA the authority to take legal action against Patel on the grounds of 'Document Forgery'.
"The petitioner has submitted forged documents, and in such a situation this court cannot stop NTA from taking legal action against the student," the court said.
The NTA informed the justices that they intended to take Patel to court. However, the court approved Patel's advocate's plea to withdraw the petition.
