UP NEET PG Counselling 2022: DMET announces offline mop-up round schedule

The Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh has announced the UP NEET PG 2022 offline mop-up round counselling schedule on the official website - upneet.gov.in. 

The extended offline mop-up round will be conducted at the KGMU Lucknow's Kalam Centre. There will be no separate registration for this round and the registration done in the mop-up round will be considered for this round as well.

As per the schedule released, the expected date of declaration of eligible candidates list for MD, MS, Diploma, DNB and MDS programmes is November 30. 

The DGME Uttar Pradesh will release the mop-up round allotment list for DNB and MDS programmes in government medical colleges, institutions and universities on December 1, 2022 (2 pm) and the allotment date for MD, MS and MDS courses in private medical/dental colleges is December 2, 2022 (11 am).

The DMET has also activated the link to download the allotment letter for the online mop-up round till November 30. Candidates of this round will have to report to the colleges by November 30.

More Details of UP NEET PG 2022 offline mop up counselling round

As per the official notification, candidates allotted/admitted/resigned through the first, second and mop-up rounds of UP NEET PG 2022 counselling, will not be eligible for the extended mop-up round. Moreover, candidates admitted to any medical/dental college in India through AIQ or other state counselling through NEET PG 2022 are also not eligible for the extended mp-up round.

After seat allotment, the admission procedure will be completed on the spot. For admission to private medical colleges, the candidates need to submit a CTS Demand Draft of INR 20 Lacs for clinical seats, INR 5 Lacs for pathology seats and INR 2 Lacs for private dental colleges at the time of admission. The draft should be in favour of "Director General Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh" payable at Lucknow at the time of admission.
