Even after the NEET PG 2022 aspirants have not received any response from PM Modi and Health Ministry, the candidates have made a fresh appeal to PM Modi with their demand to postpone the examination.

NEET PG 2022 aspirants' fresh appeal to PM Modi to postpone exam

While the reports emerged a few days ago that NEET PG 2022 exam will not be postponed and will be conducted on the scheduled date, NEET PG 2022 aspirants have made a fresh appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi through the social media platform and urged him to postpone the examination.

The aspirants are seeking PM Modi's intervention in this matter as according to them there is not much gap between the NEET PG Counselling 2021 and NEET PG 2022 exam and if the exam will be conducted on May 21, nearly 5000 interns are going to be ineligible to appear in the exam as their internship got delayed due to Covid-19 duties.

Some of the related tweets are:

"The counselling is not yet over and they are conducting the new exam. How will the govt justify having 2 batches of jr 1 within a gap of 2-3 months? where is the learning heirachy? More than postponement , some logic is required here says @bhatia_nachiket"

"The uncertainity around the exam has now crossed the borders of mental harrassment. Is this how the govt plans on treating the COVID WARRIORS? Instead of asking the public to bang pots in their honour, give them peace of mind. @PMOIndia @ndtv #NEETPG2022 #NEETPG2022DEFERMENT"

"Just 2 weeks left for the NEETPG 2022, and still no clarity at all. What is stopping the health ministry, NBE & NMC, from issuing a statement. They are aware of lakhs of tweets, can't they tell what exactly are their plans."

NEET PG 2021 Counselling: MCC issues notice on refund of security deposit

Medical Counselling Committee's notice says that as per the information bulletin refund process of the security deposit to all eligible NEET PG 2021 counselling candidates, the refund will begin only after the completion of all rounds of counselling.

The notification reads, "Hence, the candidate must keep their card/bank account ACTIVE till refund process is completed. If card/bank account is closed before the completion of refund, the bankers will not be able to complete the refund process. Since bankers will take long time to identify & return the failed refunds to Financial Custodian and legal formalities are to be complied for initiating refund to different bank account, refund to new bank account will take very long time. Neither Financial Custodian nor MCC will be responsible for such delay."
