NEET PG 2022 Counselling: Round-1 reporting ends today; check details
Reporting for round-1 NEET PG 2022 counselling ends today. Candidates need to report to respective institutes with original documents.
NEET PG 2022 counselling: Reporting deadline for round-1 NEET PG 2022 counselling ends today, September 7. Candidates who have been allotted seats in round-1 counselling have to report to respective institutes for document verification till 5 pm of said date. Round-1 counselling for NEET PG 2022 will get over once the deadline of reporting ends. Candidates need to carry the original certificates and a self attested copy of documents to the institute. Seats are allotted on the basis of choice filled, availability of seats in particular institute and specialty, reservation factor etc. Medical Counselling Committeee (MCC) will conduct 1 total of 4 rounds for allotment of 50% all India Quota seats.
MCC will start online registration for second round NEET PG 2022 counselling from October 10 to October 14. Earlier on October 3, MCC announced resignation deadline for seats alotted in round-1. “Reporting is scheduled to end on 7 th October, 2022. It is for information that joined candidates can resign the seat of Round-1 staring from 05:00 PM of 03.10.2022 to 12:00 (noon) of 10.10.2022, after which they will be considered as part of Round-2 and same rules will apply on them as applicable for Round- 2 of counselling,” the notification said.

NEET PG counselling comprises steps such as online registration, paying fee, filling preferences for college and course, seat allotment result, and reporting. Registration can be done on the official website, mcc.nic.in. Candidates must note that MCC conducts counselling for allotment of 50% All India Quota seats while respective state counselling authorities conducts counselling for rest 50% seats.
