NEET PG Counselling 2022: Important notification released by MCC, Check here
All those aspirants who do not wish to join the institute that has been allocated to them in the round 1 counselling of NEET PG 2022 can resign the seat from October 3 (5 PM) till October 10 (12 noon).
The Medical Counseling Committee has released the notification for the candidates regarding the resignation of seats for round 1 of NEET PG counselling 2022. All the candidates who have been allotted seats in round 1 of NEET PG counselling 2022 can report on or before October 7.
All those aspirants who do not wish to join the institute that has been allocated to them in the round 1 counselling of NEET PG 2022 can resign the seat from October 3 (5 PM) till October 10 (12 noon). Candidates must note that they have to generate the resignation letter in the online mode.
The authority had declared the round 1 NEET PG seat allotment result on September 30, 2022. In case a candidate fails to generate the online resignation letter through MCC’s portal, the resignation will be treated as null. In such a case, they will have to occupy the seat allocated to them, and the process of round 2 NEET PG counselling will be applied.

All those candidates who will be resigning by sending an email to the college, should make sure that the resignation letter is generated through the MCC portal. If a candidate gives consent for round 2 upgradation, participates in counselling but is not upgraded, the allotted seat cannot be resigned. They will have to retain the seat.

Please note that you will not be allowed to have an option of resignation if you are upgraded to round 2. Round 1 candidates who did not participate in round 2 and also not resigned will be considered for round 2.
