NEET UG 2021 Round 1 seat allotment: AIIMS Delhi, Jammu candidates can choose a day for reporting
AIIMS has announced that after the NEET-UG 2021 Round 1 Counselling results are declared tomorrow, the AIIMS Delhi and Jammu candidates can choose a day for reporting to colleges between February 2 to 7.
The candidates who registered for the NEET UG 2021 Round 1 Counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS course must know that the seat allotment result will be announced on February 1 and selected candidates can report to the colleges from February 2 to 7. Meanwhile, AIIMS (All India Institute Of Medical Science) has announced that once the NEET UG 2021 Round 1 Counselling results are out, AIIMS Delhi and Jammu candidates will have an option to choose a day for reporting.
AIIMS official notice reads, "The information is only for the candidates who are allotted AIIMS-New Delhi and AIIMS-Jammu as per the result of 1st Round of MBBS-seat allocation by the Medical Counselling Committee for NEET-UG 2021. The results of the first round of counselling for NEET-UG 2021 is to be announced by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on 1st February 2022. Please read the instructions provided by MCC regarding the process of reporting and taking admission. As per the schedule of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the candidates who are allotted AIIMS-New Delhi and AIIMS-Jammu, are required to report at AIIMS, New Delhi to complete the process of admission (from 2nd February to 7th February 2022)."
"Considering the ongoing pandemic, to minimize the gathering of persons and considering the constraints of travel and stay, the admission process will be staggered and completed in one day. Candidates will be given an option of choosing one day from 2nd February to 7th February 2022, to report and complete the formalities. After the declaration of results, an email will be sent from AIIMS, New Delhi to all candidates who are allotted MBBS seats in AIIMS-Delhi and AIIMS-Jammu. All the candidates are required to respond to the email and choose a date for reporting and completing the process of admission," the notification added.
On the day of reporting and admission, verification and submission of original documents, medical examination, and payment of academic and hostel fees must be completed.
