7 AIIMS MBBS Seats Withdrawn for NEET Counselling Round 2

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued a notice regarding the withdrawal of AIIMS MBBS seats for the NEET 2021 counselling Round 2. MCC has revised the seat matrix as per the communication received from the ME Division of MoHFW and the consent of the AIIMS institutes. The seats mentioned in the list have been removed on an immediate basis from the Seat Matrix of Round 2. The AIIMS in which the seat matrix has been revised are AIIMS New Delhi, AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Rishikesh and AIIMS Raipur.

The following table brings the list of AIIMS and the seat details which have been withdrawn.

The registration, choice filling and choice locking processes for the NEET 2021 counselling Round 2 have been concluded on February 21. The choice filling and locking windows were reopened on February 22 for few hours. The seat allotment is being processed on February 24 and February 25. The seat allotment result for Round 2 will be released on February 26. Candidates will have to report to the allotted institutes between February 27 and March 5.

As per the seat vacancy list for Round 2 released on February 21, there are 8,892 MBBS seats, 2375 BDS seats, 374 BSc Nursing seats and 4,464 Virtual Vacancy seats.
