NID 2022 final results declared for M.Des; counselling open for qualified candidates

The final results can be checked in online mode at admissions.nid.edu/NIDA2022. Candidates who have qualified in the exam need to pay the fee and upload documents for seat allotment.

The National Institute of Design (NID) has declared the final results for NID 2022 entrance exam on July 5, 2022. The final results have been declared for candidates who have appeared in both DAT Prelims and DAT Mains. To check their results, the candidate will have to go to the result portal and log in using their email id and password.

The National Institute of Design had earlier declared the final results for the B.Des program on July 4. 

How to check final results for NID 2022 (M.Des)

To check the final results, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Click on the result link given above
2. You will be redirected to a log in window
3. Log in by entering your email id and date of birth
4. On successful log in, the final results of NID 2022 would appear on the screen
5. Download and take a printout of the result.

How is the NID DAT 2022 final results prepared?

The final results is prepared by giving weightage to DAT Mains and DAT Prelims. Note that DAT Mains comprises an offline-based Studio Test and online personal interview.

NID 2022 Counseling - Fee payment and document upload

The candidate will be able to pay the non-refundable fee after viewing their results; the fee of Rs. 30,000 will have to be paid in online mode. The candidate will also have to upload relevant documents between July 5-7. 

The allotment of seats will be based on:

• NID DAT 2022 merit rank of the candidate 
• Seat availability 

In case of candidates seeking admission to the B.Des program, the candidates will also have to submit their choice of campus preferences between July 4-6. B.Des candidates will have to pay the non-refundable fees and upload documents from July 9-10.
