NIT Silchar PhD Admission 2022 begins; Apply by June 6

NIT Silchar PhD Admissions 2022: The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Silchar, has released the official PhD Admission Notification for July- December 2022 session. PhD programmes at NIT Silchar are available in 11 departments. Fellowship will be provided As per MoE / CSIR / UGC guidelines. Candidates interested in the NIT Silchar PhD programme must note that the last date of submission of the form to the Institute is June 6, 2022.

The technology institute is offering PhD Admission under Group A and Group B categories. NIT Silchar PhD Program Group A is a regular category for candidates who may receive fellowship from the MoE / CSIR/UGC or any other recognized funding agency. NIT Silchar will enroll candidates under Group B of PhD Program for no financial assistance or stipend.

The final pdf copy of the Application form must be emailed to phd_admission_22@nits.ac.in with a copy to admit_phd_22@nits.ac.in on or before June 2, 2022, by 5 pm. Subject line should be “Application for PhD program- Name of the department (applying for)-Group A/Group B Category”. No need to send a hard copy of the Application form. No application will not be accepted without the submission of application fee of INR 500/- (for Open /EWS/ OBC) Or INR 250/- (for SC/ST/PwD). Applications must be paid via online payment.
