To address the concerns in RRB NTPC & Group D exams, a high power committee has been formed. Candidates can submit their grievances both online and offline. Check here how to raise grievances.

Ministry of Railways has formed a high power committee to look into the concerns and doubts raised by candidates with regard to RRB NTPC CBT 1 result and RRB Group D exams. Candidates can lodge their grievances through email on the respective regional websites of RRBs or on the email ID of high power committee. Even they can submit their concerns on the given phone number. Candidates can submit their concerns/suggestions by visiting the outreach camp physically after following all COVID protocols. Candidates can even fill the google form to register their grievances. Candidates also visit the chairpersons of RRBs in person within the prescribed time frame to register their concerns. While registering concerns, candidates need to mention the date of raising concern, HQ/division, CEN No, Railway Recruitment Board, roll number, name, score of CBT 1 and concerns raised. While attending the outreach camp, candidates need to bring the copy of e-admit card/online application printout, copy of COVID vaccination certificate/e-certificate of vaccination.

The high power committee and RRBs have already started the process of accepting the grievances. Candidates can submit their grievances till February 16. After examining all the concerns, RRBs will submit its report by March 4. The committee that constitutes senior officials will re-examine the result of RRB NTPC exam and methodology used for shortlisting candidates for second stage without affecting existing shortlisted candidates and introduction of second stage CBT in RRB Group D exam.

Candidates can register their complaints through given below.
