RRB NTPC, Group D 2022 Update: Decision on exam dates & revised to be taken this week

The Ministry of Railways will take the decision on RRB Group D CBT 1 exam date and RRB NTPC revised result this week. The high power committee constituted by the Ministry of Railways will submit its report by March 4. The high power committee was constituted by the Railway Ministry to address the concerns raised by the students against the alleged irregularities in the RRB NTPC result and introduction of second stage CBT in RRB Group D exam.

RRB Group D 2021 CBT 1 exam and RRB NTPC 2021 CBT 2 exam was put on hold by the Ministry of Railways. Earlier, the CBT 1 exam was scheduled to be conducted from February 23, 2022, in multiple phases. Earlier RRB NTPC 2021 CBT 2 exam was scheduled to be conducted from February 15 to 19. The link to submit the grievances closed on February 16.

RRB Group D Exam Pattern

RRB Group D exam pattern for CBT is divided into four sections: General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning and General Awareness and Current Affairs. The total duration of the test is 90 minutes (120 minutes for eligible PwBD candidates accompanied by the scribe). The test paper comprises a total of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions. As the second stage CBT will be conducted,therefore, first stage CBT will be qualifying in nature. Candidates 15 times the number of vacancies will be called for CBT 2.

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern

RRB NTPC exam pattern for the second stage CBT is such that it is divided into three sections-General Questions Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The test carries a total of 120 questions. The duration of the test is 90 minutes (120 minutes is given to PwBD candidates).
