AFCAT Result 2024: The Indian Air Force (IAF) will announce the AFCAT 2 result date soon. Candidates can get the AFCAT result link online at the official website: afcat.cdac.in. As per the past trends, AFCAT 2 result can be expected to be released anytime soon. Last year, the AFCAT 2 result 2023 was declared on September 27 for the exam held on August 25, 26, and 27. Therefore, AFCAT 2 result 2024 can be expected to be announced by first or second week of September.

They need to use their login credentials to download the IAF AFCAT 2 result. Those qualifying in the written exam will be eligible to appear for the AFSB interview. AFCAT selection process comprises online test and AFSB interview. The AFCAT exam is conducted online. The test comprises questions from General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English . Numerical Ability, Military Reasoning, and Aptitude test. The total marks allotted to the test are 300. The duration of the test is two hours. The questions asked in the exam are objective-type. The standard of questions asked in the exam is of graduation level. The language of the question paper is English . Candidates should score between 140 to 190 marks out of 300 in AFCAT exam. The AFSB interview is conducted in two stages. Stage 1 of AFSB interview comprises Intelligence rating Test and Picture perception and Discussion Test. Stage 2 comprises Psychological Tests, Group Tests, Interview and Computerised Pilot Selection System (CPSS) test (For Flying Branch) candidates.

The AFSB centres are at Dehradun (1 AFSB), Mysuru (2 AFSB), Gandhinagar (3 AFSB), and Varanasi (4 AFSB). Only the candidates who apply for the Flying Branch can opt for Dehradun, Mysore, and Varanasi. The call letter for the AFSB interview is released based on the details provided by the candidates. AFSB Interview is conducted in three stages. The first stage is the Officer Intelligence Rating Test along with Picture Perception and Discussion Test. The second stage is Psychological tests. The third stage is the Computerised Pilot Selection System, which is conducted only for the Flying branch. The final merit list is prepared based on the marks secured in the online test and AFSB interview.
