RPF SI Exam Dates 2024 Announced
RPF SI Exam Dates 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the exam dates for RPF Sub-Inspectors (SI) through an official notification. As per the announced date, the RPF SI 2024 CBT 1 exam is scheduled to be held from December 2. Along with RPF SI, exam dates for Junior Engineers (JE), Assistant Loco Pilots (ALP) and Technicians have also been released.
RPF SI 2024 selection process will include CBT 1, PET/PMT, Document Verification and Medical Exam. The RPF SI CBT comprises three sections: General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. The registration process for the RPF SI recruitment started on April 15 and concluded on May 14, 2024.

RPF SI 2024 Exam City Intimation Slip
As per the official notice, the RRB RPF SI city intimation slip will be released 10 days before the commencement of the recruitment exam. Candidates can download the RPF SI exam intimation slip online at the official website. So, it can be expected that the city intimation slip for RPF SI will be released on November 22, 2024.
RPF SI Exam 2024 Admit Card
The RPF SI e-Call letters will be issued 4 days before the exam date as mentioned in the city intimation slip. The RPF SI admit card can be downloaded by visiting the official website. They must also use their login credentials to download the RPF hall ticket. They have to bring their original Aadhaar card to the exam centre.

Q: When RPF SI exam will be conducted?
RPF SI exam was held on December 2, 3, 9, 12 and 13, 2024. The computer based test is divided into three sections-Basic Arithmetics (35 questions, 35 marks), General Intelligence and Reasoning (35 questions, 35 marks), and General Awareness (50 questions, 50 marks). Candidates are allotted 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 minutes) to complete the entire exam. For correct answers, candidates score one mark. There is a negative marking penalty of 1/3 mark for every incorrect response. The total marks allotted to the exam are 120.

Q: What is the process of RPF SI Document Verification?
The process of RPF SI document verification is gi
- Based on the performance of candidates in the CBT and subject to their qualifying in PET & PMT, candidates are called for document verification
- In cases of two or more candidates securing the same marks, their merit position is determined by age criteria i.e. older person is given higher seniority
- The appointment of selected candidates is subject to their passing requisite Medical Fitness Test to be conducted by the Railway Administration
- The final verification of educational and category certificates, verification of character and antecedents of the candidates from the local administration and successful completion of initial training
- Candidates who do not appear for document verification will not be considered in the final selection, irrespective of their performance in written examination and PET/PMT
