RRC Secunderabad in an official notice has informed that RRB Group D result will be announced shortly. The PET for the qualified candidates will be conducted in the first or second week of January 2023 tentatively.

RRC Secunderabad in an official notice has informed that RRB Group D result will be announced shortly. The PET for the qualified candidates will be conducted in the first or second week of January 2023 tentatively.

Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Secunderabad has released a notice regarding the announcement of RRB Group D result 2022. The notice reads, “The computer based test (CBT) results for level 1 posts, conducted from August 17 to October 11, 2022 in various phases by RRBs will be declared shortly. The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the qualified candidates will be conducted in the first or second week of January 2023 tentatively.” RRB Group D result 2022 will be announced on the official websites of RRBs in PDF form. The result PDF will comprise the roll numbers of qualified candidates.

Based on RRB Group D result for CBT, candidates three times the number of vacancies will be selected for PET. Though PET is qualifying in nature, however, it is mandatory to clear it.

RRB Group D Exam Pattern 2022 for PET

Recently, RRBs had made changes in the selection process of PET. According to the revised selection criteria, transgender candidates will be given relaxation in PET standards. Their PET standards will be treated equivalent as female candidates. RRB Group D Exam Pattern for PET is given below.

Male candidates Female candidates

Candidates should be able to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in two minutes without putting down the weight

Female candidates should be able to lift and carry 20 kgs of weight for a distance of 100 meters in two minutes without putting down the weight

Candidates should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in four minutes and 15 seconds in one chance

Candidates should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in five minutes and 40 seconds in one chance
