SSC JE 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close the SSC JE (Junior Engineer) application window on April 18, 2024. The candidates who are willing to fill out the application form are advised to fill out the SSC JE application form as soon as possible 4 hours before the exam to avoid any technical issues. The SSC already released the notification for the candidates on April 15, 2024, to fill out the application form and not wait for the last date to avoid any technical issues.

The SSC JE 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted on June 5, 6 and 7, 2024. Earlier, the exam was scheduled for June 4, 5, and 6, 2024 which was rescheduled due to the counting of the Lok Sabha General Election. 

How to Apply for the SSC JE Exam 2024?

 The candidates can apply for the SSC JE exam by following the steps given below:

• Go to the official website-ssc.gov.in
• Click on the link “Register Now” available at the right corner home page.
• Fill in your Aadhar number/ Identity card number, name, father’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth as per your matriculation certificate.
• Fill in gender, highest educational qualification, mobile number, email ID, and present and permanent address.
• Now, save these details and confirm your mobile number via OTP. Your Registration number and password will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
• Log in again using your login credentials and change your password.
• Fill in category, nationality, visible identification mark, and benchmark disability (if any).
• Upload a scanned copy of your recent passport-size photo and signature 
• Save the information provided so far, review the details, and click on “Final Submit”.
• Two different OTPs will be sent to your email ID and Mobile number, enter any one of them in the designated space.
• Click on “I Agree” below the declaration to finish the registration process and proceed to fill out the online application form and fee payment.
