UPSC CMS 2022 notification has been released. The candidates can apply online till April 26 in the manner explained below.

UPSC CMS 2022 notification has been released online on April 6. The candidates need to apply online only and no offline application will be released or accepted for this recruitment notification. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the Combined Medical Service (CMS) exam to recruit doctors for the Central Government Hospitals and for the New Delhi Municipal Corporation Hospitals and Railway Hospitals. UPSC CMS exam will be conducted on July 17.

UPSC CMS 2022 Eligibility Conditions

UPSC CMS 2022 advertisement has notified 687 vacancies in two categories. Category-I Medical Officer Grade has 314 vacancies and Category-II has 373 vacancies. The educational qualification required to apply online for the UPSC CMS exam is an MBBS degree. A candidate who has appeared or has yet to appear at the final M.B.B.S Examination may also apply. The upper age limit to apply for the UPSC CMS exam is 32 years. There is no lower age limit defined in the notification.

UPSC CMS 2022 application has two parts.

• Part-I Registration
• Part-II Registration

UPSC CMS 2022 Part-I Registration

The candidates need to enter all the personal and educational details here, such as:

• Name
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Marital status
• Parents’ names
• Email ID
• Postal address
• Educational qualification, etc.

UPSC CMS Part-II Registration

After entering the details, the candidates need to select the examination centre and pay the application fee for the exam.

The application fee for the UPSC CMS 2022 exam is INR 200. Females and the candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories are exempted from paying the fees.
After paying the fee, submit the application.

The last date to apply for UPSC CMS 2022 exam is April 26 till 6.00 PM. After the application process is over, UPSC provides the opportunity to withdraw the applications online. The application withdrawal facility will open on May 4 and close on May 10.
